Jeep revealed that they have worked on two special edition vehicles and these are going to make an appearance at the LA Auto Show. One of the vehicles will be the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and what’s different about the vehicle is that it is going to end up going into production.

The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night Edition is going to be an updated Cherokee and the name was given due to the fact that the vehicle was painted black and this even includes the wheels and the chrome work of the vehicle.

The 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night Edition will be offered with the 6.4 litre engine and it should offer up 475 horses and 470 of torque. It will travel from 0 to 60mph in only 4.8 seconds.

And this car will be good for what.? Jeep have lost the plot. The XJ dragged them out of the dark ages as it was a car that would go anywhere. Mind, it was not as reliable as Toyota. Instead of seeking reliability for a car designed to be used in rough conditions away from a dealer, they are trying to make them into computer game toys. When they make a reliable, easy to repair car then I may consider them again but not till then.
