2017 Honda Ridgeline vs Frontier, Colorado and Tacoma

By  |

There was a lot of excitement at the Detroit Auto Show when the 2017 Honda Ridgeline made its appearance. The vehicle was given the thumbs up but some people didn’t like the looks of the vehicle.

Now people have started to compare the 2017 Honda Ridgeline to vehicles including the Chevrolet Colorado, Nissan Frontier and the Toyota Tacoma. But how does it measure up?

If you want the most horses underneath you then it would be the Chevrolet Colorado. It also offers up the biggest payload. For the amount of torque it is the Nissan Frontier that comes out ahead.

The Honda Ridgeline offers the widest payload and the Toyota Tacoma is behind as it hasn’t received any awards.

The Toyota Tacoma does come with blind spot monitoring but it is beaten by the Honda Ridgeline as this offers up more safety features, including lane departure warning.

While the 2017 Honda Ridgeline doesn’t come out ahead for many things it does at least hold its own.
