The truck segment is really heating up right now and Honda does not want to miss out on all the action as they bring out the 2017 Honda Ridgeline. After all the speculations, we finally got to see what the Honda Ridgeline was all about when Honda showed it off at the Detroit Auto Show.

The new 2017 Honda Ridgeline will be marketed as a mid-size truck and will be coming in to compete with models like the Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Colorado as well as the Nissan Frontier. Will the new Honda Ridgeline be able to take them on?

Details like the performance and fuel economy of the Honda Ridgeline has not been announced yet so we will still have to wait and see where they stand although Honda seems pretty confident that the Honda Ridgeline will impress us with its fuel economy.

In terms of design, we still think the Colorado is the better-looking model but the Ridgeline is not that bad with its Honda Pilot like design in the front. One of the unique features about the Ridgeline is its truck bed that will be coming in with a long list of interesting optional features.
