2017 Honda CR-V Takes On Civic Looks Pushing Pilot To One Side

Spies have managed to capture the 2017 Honda CR-V out in testing and from what we can see we know that the vehicle is going to take on the looks of the Honda Civic. Originally it was thought that the CR-V might have the Pilot design as the Pilot has been a popular choice. However it appears to have pushed the Pilot to one side in favour of the Civic design.

The 2017 Honda CR-V was covered with camouflage but even so we can see that it isn’t going to have the pilot design. It looks more along the same design as on the Honda Civic.

As the 2017 Honda CR-V is going to come with the same design as the Honda Civic it may also offer up the same platform and so we might see the 2 litre turbocharged VTEC engine in the vehicle or the 1.5 VTEC.

We have heard that there may be a hybrid version of the Honda CR-V but at the moment nothing is concrete. If there is it would be able to compete with the Toyota RAV4 hybrid.
