2017 Honda CR-V Leads The Way Ahead Of Accord And Civic

By  |

During 2016 the leaders were the Honda Accord and Honda Civic for the majority of the year when it came to boosting the sales of vehicles from the car maker. The Honda CR-V had been left behind struggling for sales but the 2017 Honda CR-V put an end to the dismal sales and now it has taken the lead for best-seller.

The 2017 Honda CR-V has enjoyed a 4.4% increase with 30, 306 sales, while overall Honda saw a decrease of 2% in sales.

The majority of the core models of the carmaker suffered sales losses and this meant a drop down in the overall sales numbers. The Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Honda Pilot and the Honda Odyssey all contributed to the decrease in sales

There was a sales decrease of 15% with the Honda Accord with sales at 25, 551 and sales of the Honda Civic were down 5% at 26, 359 sales. So while most of the vehicles of Honda are declining in sales, the 2017 Honda CR-V has been thriving.

Fools. Paying for slower acceleration, worse handling, higher stopping distances, higher center of gravity and higher fuel consumption. 5 passenger vehicles = all of them. Cars are superior and always will be.
