2017 Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger And Chevy Camaro Are All Losers

By  |

Three vehicles that used to always enjoy strong sales were the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro and the Dodge Challenger. This changed last year as all three were losers in sales during 2016.

In 2016 all three of the vehicles saw a drop in sales and this was a strange thing to witness as it did happen to be the best year for the auto industry overall. Now we have the first of the sales reports for this year and it seems that things haven’t improved very much for the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro.

January was also a poor month for sales of the Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro. The vehicles sold less than the two Januarys prior. The Mustang sold 5,046, the Challenger sold 3, 393 and the Camaro sold 3, 588 units.

Even with the falling sales figures recently the Ford Mustang is still beating the Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro in sales. Things may soon even out though as both are planning to rectify the sales slump.

The new Ford Mustang comes with superb looks and it has been given a boost in horses and the ten speed gearing. The Dodge Challenger is going to be arriving by way of the Demon, but there hasn’t been a great deal said about the Chevy Camaro as the 6th gen went on sale just last year.
