2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra May Be Taking Over Vipers Spot

By  |

The Dodge Viper is going to come to an end very soon and when it does we have heard that the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra may be taking over from where it leaves off.

The name 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra isn’t the most unique of names but then it definitely reminds people about the Dodge Viper.

The Dodge Viper SRT offers up 645 horsepower thanks to the 8.4 litre V10 engine. The engine is able to take the vehicle from standing still to 100mph in only 12 seconds and it gives out a top speed of up to 206mph.

The Challenger that is out at the moment comes with the V6 3.6 litre engine. If the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra were to come onto the market we would expect it to offer up an engine that has even more power.

At the moment there hasn’t been confirmation about us seeing the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra so for the time being we will have to wait to find out what happens if it does come to the market.
