2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra Is Going To Take Over From Viper

By  |

Dodge has told us that they will refrain from making the Dodge Viper in 2017 at the Conner Avenue plant and due to this there has been a lot of talk going around that we could see the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra make its way out. If it does it may take over from the Viper and if it is it could end up being a vehicle that is a lot more powerful.

The 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra may be called this as it would give us a reminder about the Dodge Viper.

The Dodge Viper SRT offers up the 8.4 litre V10 engine and it packs 645 horses, with a top speed of up to 206mph. The engine will take the vehicle from 0 to 100mph in only 12 seconds.

The Challenger on the market at the moment offers up 305 horses as it comes with the 3.6 litre V6 engine. When the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra comes our way it may well take over from the Dodge Viper leaves off.
