2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra Hoping To Take Over From Viper

Dodge has told us that the Dodge Viper production is going to cease at the Conner Avenue plant and we have heard that the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra could be about to take over and it may offer a lot more power.

The 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra may not be the best name for the vehicle but it would at least give us a reminder about the Dodge Viper.

The Dodge Viper SRT is going to offer the V10 8.4 litre engine and this is going to have 645 horse power. The top speed is expected to be about 206mph and it will take the vehicle from standstill to 100mph in just about 12 seconds.

The Challenger that is on the market right now gives out 305 horse power and it offers the V6 3.6 litre engine. We are expecting that when the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra comes out it might end up taking over from the spot that the Viper holds.
