2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra Could Take Over From Viper

By  |

The Dodge Viper production will be coming to an end in 2017 and people have been saying that when it does we could see the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra arriving to take its place.

The 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra isn’t the most original name that you could think of but it does at least give us a reminder of the Viper.

The Dodge Viper SRT gives out 645 horse power thanks to the 8.4 litre V10 engine, which means that it will travel from standing still to 100mph in 12 seconds and the vehicle has a top speed of 206mph.

The Challenger may arrive on the market offering up the V6 engine which could be the 3.6 litre, but we are expecting the engine on the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra to offer more power if it is going to take over from the Viper.

At the moment no confirmation has been given about the 2017 Dodge Challenger Cobra so we will have to wait until the production of the Viper ends to see what is going to happen.
