2016 Toyota RAV-4: Sneaky Options Leave It Bare In Terms Of Safety

By  |

There’s no denying that everybody loves a mid-size crossover now (enter: 2016 Toyota RAV-4). Especially when it comes to families of at least three. And since safety plays an important role in purchasing a vehicle that could keep your families safe, leaders in the crossover segment are now offering active safety in the form of forward crash prevention (FCP) and emergency auto braking (EAB), but there’s just this extra charge.

Interested buyers of the Toyota RAV-4 would have to top up a $2460 extra to get these safety features as part of the Convenience Package on the $29K XLE trim. Though there’s a bummer for those who would like to get the $32K SE trim as it’s even more costly when the FCP and EAB are added into it, which is priced at $3120 for the Advanced Technology Package.

Perhaps safety really is priceless, but in this case, is worth a lot. But at least you know you’re keeping your family safe at all times. Would you consider to get both these features equipped to your RAV-4?
