2016 Nissan Leaf: The Range Isn’t A Worry Due To New Batteries

By  |

The Nissan Leaf has gone down well with people but one thing that let it down was the range. The range of the vehicle is quite poor but this should not put you off from getting the 2016 Nissan Leaf as it now comes with a battery that is bigger and so the range is bigger too.

We are expecting the 2016 Nissan Leaf to come to the market soon and it should offer around 107 miles. If it does offer up this range it will make the Leaf come in above the Chevrolet Volt and the Kia Soul.

The 2016 Nissan Leaf will be able to take owners of the vehicle 27% further that the version out at the moment. Despite the range of it being improved, don’t expect it to come in as good as the Tesla for range. On the other hand the price tag won’t come with the same price tag as the Tesla.

The 2016 Nissan Leaf will be available in the entry level and this is going to have a price tag in the region of about $29, 010. The top of the range is going to come in with a price tag of around $36, 790. This means that the price tag has risen by a thousand dollars, but it may be well worth it.
