2016 Lexus RX 350 Buyer’s Guide: Cheaper In The Long Run

By  |

The 2016 Lexus RX 350 comes in first place as the best 5-year cost to own, according to the rankings given by Kelly Blue Book (KBB). They’ve just recently released their rankings and you’d be surprised by the results that puts these factors into consideration: depreciation, insurance cost, fuel cost, and maintenance to come up with its ownership costs.

The Lexus didn’t just come in first place like that so easily, since it’s also regarded as one of the most modern luxury crossovers in the mid-size category. Also, the price to own in a 5-year cost would be a seemingly steep $51,116, but you would think otherwise when you consider the tiny Buick Encore which costs $43,380 and the larger Buick Enclave a cost of $57,845.

As for the runner-up, it’s Acura MDX with a cost of $54,892. Reason being that the Lexus RX 350 was chosen as the winner in the category is also because of the reputation the RX brings over the past 20 years since its first inception, and how it had gained a winning combination of luxury, reliability and quality overtime.

What did you think about the Lexus RX 350 being crowned as the winner in the rankings?
