2016 And 2017 Chevrolet Camaro Owners Baffled By Rattling Sound

Chevrolet has to find a fix to an annoying rattling sound on the 2016 and 2017 Chevrolet Camaro. While Chevrolet said that the issue has been fixed, some owners don’t agree and say that the issue is driving them crazy.

One owner of the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS said that he hears a rattling sound coming from his vehicle. He said that this is something that he hasn’t come across before and it sounds like metal grinding on metal when accelerating. The sound is intermittent and seems to come from the right back of the vehicle and the right rear tail pipe close to the valve.

Of course the owner is furious about the rattle and went to his dealer. He said that he bought a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS and it has less than 1500 miles on it. He is angry that he has brand new vehicle andit rattles.

He isn’t the only one to moan about the rattle on the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro as many owners have complained. This led to the carmaker offering a fix but it seems that this hasn’t worked.

No one seems to be able to figure out when the vehicle has the rattle but owners hope that they do soon as it is driving them crazy. One owner reported that it was like a tin can buzzing sound near the passenger side rear door. Do you have a rattling sound on your 2016 or 2017 Chevrolet Camaro, if so let us know?
