The sequel to Dead Island has been talked about for years now as developers continue to suggest that they are working hard on the second date but it looks like it will be some time before we actually see that game.
Embracer Group, the company that owns the right to Dead Island along with a few other popular games have also announced their financial records for 2019 to 2020 and from what we have been hearing so far, the game will not be their timetable before March 2021.
Dead Island 2 has been in the works since 2014 and is currently being worked on Dambuster Studios but we will still have to wait for a release date as nothing has been offered so far. While we won’t be seeing Dead Island 2, we will still be seeing other games from the company including WWE 2K Battlegrounds, Destroy All Humans remake and Biomutant. Saint Row: The Third Remastered will also be arriving on the 22nd of May on Xbox One and PS4.
