ZTE have revealed the first handset to be able to reach gigabit speeds at the MWC 2017 and this is the ZTE Gigabit phone.
The ZTE Gigabit phone offers the Snapdragon 835 processor with Z16 LTE modem and 4×4 MIMO antenna tech along with 256-QM modulation. All of this helps to improve the speed of the handset in connectivity and the download rates.
ZTE have worked on the Pre5G Giga+ MBB solution and this is what they proudly showed off at the MWC. The Gigabit phone is said to be capable of processing data three times the speed in the same network when compared to other LTE devices. It seems that 1Gbps of internet speed is plenty to allow 360 degree VR instant cloud storage along with HQ music and movies streaming.
ZTE said that the device is a forward looking super generation phone. The new model was available for preview at the booth of ZTE with the Axon 7 Max and the Blade V8 Pro.
But what do you think about the ZTE Gigabit phone?
