It’s going to be the first Android-powered phablet powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor, well at least that’s what we are to expect from the Xiaomi Mi 5. And since it’s going to be one of the most anticipated smartphones to be released this year, we can also say the same about the amount of rumours it’s been getting.
Rumour has it that the Mi 5 could sport a 5.7-inch screen with a 1,080p resolution (but then again, this has been previously confirmed by Xiaomi), so there’s that to look forward to. Moreover, Mi 5 would be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor as aforementioned, which is clocked at 2.1GHz and 3GB of RAM.
It’s also good to know that though there isn’t any mention about expandable memory, we’ll be expecting the Mi 5 to be equipped with a 64GB of RAM. The battery details are still scarce too, but it’s most likely going to be a 3600 mAh one.
Since rumours are still spreading like wildfire right now, we should take everything we see and hear with a grain of salt. Till then, are you keen to see the phone come to life?
