You’re about to find out the man responsible for lapping the Nürburgring track in 7:28. Oh, and he’s one of the lead engineers who helped developed the BMW M4 GTS supercar.
He goes by the name of Joerg Weidinger and he’s probably only started gotten famous up until recently. What better way it is to drive the M4 GTS hard around the Nürburgring than to see it driven by the master himself? You’ll have to check out the video below to see it for yourself. A little warning though, prepared to be impressed and mesmerized.
It’s good to know that Weidinger and his team did a profound job with the M4 GTS as it’s a special performance car produced with track-ready equipement, but apparently, it’s good on the streets too. And you don’t have to worry about violating any road laws, as it’s fully road-legal, despite having some of the best racing technology inventions. When Joerg isn’t working at the BMW M GmbH, he does various motorsports like hill climb racing, and also circuit racing. Well, for what it’s worth, it will always be a pleasure to see him cruising around with the BMW. (Joerg, we’re hinting on a possible upcoming lap!)
