Androinica reports that the device will come with a 4 inch touch screen and it will run Android 4.0 ICS. It also comes with a 2,100mAh battery which is suprisingly large for a mid-range handset. The Galaxy Victory looks a lot like the Samsung Galaxy Stellar which is rumoured to be launching on Verizon.
