Verizon: Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean Available Now

By  |

Verizon have been playing around with their support documents for the Samsung Galaxy S3, in preparation for pushing out the Jelly Bean update to the device on 14th December i.e. today.

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update rolling out now

It seems that Verizon will send out the Jelly Bean update to Samsung Galaxy S3 users in batches. Therefore there is no need for alarm if you don’t see the update message on your device straight away.

Verizon are apparently dipping their toes into the water, before then plunging in on the larger scale. Jelly Bean will bring Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 users Google now, better notifications and Project Butter. Verizon have also enabled global roaming, introduced Isis Mobile Wallet and they have fixed a couple of bugs.

The Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 happens to be the last of the top 4 US carriers to get the Jelly Bean update, with AT&T, Sprint & T-Mobile already having rolled it out to their subscribers.
