Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note Still MIA But New US Model Hits Radar

By  |

Although T-Mobile users do not currently have access to the Samsung Galaxy Note, do not fear – the Note and its impressive range of specs such as the 5.3 inch Super AMOLED display is rumored to be released shortly on T-Mobile.

No Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note but T-Mobile press images leaked

This has been rumored for a while now, but Androinica have spoken of press images which have been leaked today to CellPhoneSignal (see below), showing T-Mobile branding on the Samsung Galaxy Note. Androinica states that the device will use the 4G HSPA+ network that T-Mobile offer, under the 850/1900 bands.

It is exciting that T-Mobile customers will now be able to use the Note, which will supposedly be announced with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) preloaded (so no need to run the update).

From these rumors, we are expecting a T-Mobile launch on 11th July, though that has not yet been officially announced.
It will be good for customers to now have the option between the Samsung Galaxy Note and the Samsung Galaxy S3 which is currently available with T-Mobile and is a tough competitor with a large 4.8 inch Super AMOLED screen and impressive array of features.

On a side note, the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note is still missing. We heard rumors of a supposed ‘Samsung Galaxy Journal’ earlier this year but now it looks like Verizon may have canned the idea (rumors suggest that a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 may arrive as early as this October).
