Many folks in the US were disappointed to hear that the Nokia Lumia 920 would be an AT&T exclusive. However it would have been silly for Nokia to skip the largest carrier in the US, Verizon, if it wanted any hope of competing with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5.
Verizon Nokia Lumia 920 supposedly caught on blurry-cam
Since then rumors of a Nokia Lumia 922, which is believed to be the Verizon Nokia Lumia 920, have been flying around. Today, some super “blurrycam” pictures have surfaced of what is supposedly this Verizon Nokia Lumia 920. And by blurry we mean seriously blurry (just see at the bottom).
As PocketNow explains, “some people claim to see signs of a bulge on the phone’s back, and marry that with those reports of a thinner phone to suggest the camera will be sticking out a bit.” This of course is because the 922 is rumored to be thinner than the normal Lumia 920.
At this point we will just have to wait and see if this pans out. But honestly I can’t see anything in the pictur that shouts Verizon Nokia Lumia 920. It just so happens to come from the same Twitter account that has been leaking all the intel about such a Verizon device.
