Anyone waiting for the Motorola Droid Razr HD on Verizon in the US will be getting pretty excited about now as its release is set for mid-November, which means it is coming ever closer.
Motorola DROID RAZR HD release date now just around the corner
Of course we had hoped to get the handset sooner, and there may be a chance that we could get our hands on the device by early November as opposed to in the middle. Why?
The Razr HD happens to be available through a Brazilian retailer right now and is up for grabs for $500. However before you go rushing off to get your hands on the device before anyone else you may want to know that it might not work in the US CDMA network.
So you may ask, if it won’t work on CDMA in the US, why are you getting our hopes up? Well if the Brazilian retailer is offering the Motorola RAZR HD already it might encourage Verizon to get the handset on the shelves sooner rather than later. The device looks ready for launch, which means there is no reason that Verizon cannot offer it very soon. After all the gap between the Brazilian retailer putting the device for sale and Verizon would be two months, and this doesn’t make any sense. Especially if you take into account the possibility that people may be able to use the Brazilian version on GSM carriers here like AT&T and T-Mobile very soon.
So keep your fingers crossed and hopefully Verizon or Motorola will gives us news that we can get the Motorola DROID RAZR HD very soon.
