Anyone who has a locked version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, 2, the S4 or the S3 will be happy to hear that they can now unlock their handset if they want to take the device to a different carrier. This can now be done very easily via a leaked unlock code that has been going around.
If you have the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, 2 the S4 or the S3 you may unlock your handset by checking out the steps that we have provided below.
One: Insert a new SIM card into your Galaxy Note 2 or Galaxy S4.
Two: Turn off your device then turn it back on again.
Three: Head to the dialpad and enter in *#197328640#.
Four: Choose  UMTS >  Debug Screen >  Phone Control >  Network Lock > Options  Perso SHA256 OFF.
Five: Wait for 30 seconds or so before heading back into the main menu by choosing “back”.
Six: In your main menu, you’ll see “Network Lock”, so now choose  NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ.
