While the Toyota Tundra is not doing that bad right now, we are expecting things to slide further down for them as automakers like Chevrolet and Ram both prepare to show off their vehicle at the Detroit Auto Show this month.

Toyota did assure their fans that they are aware that the Tundra is in need of a major upgrade and that they are working on one but since they are only starting to figure out the next-gen Tundra, it might be years before it is ready to compete with the new Chevrolet and Ram full-size truck.

As for the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota did confirm that they are working on giving the truck an upgrade but they also added that the upgrade will not be happening this year which means fans might have to wait until next year to see what new features the Tacoma will be getting.

Do you think Toyota should be worried about their rivals catching up?
