From the outside, the Toyota C-HR looks like it will be a fun car to drive but in reality, the 144hp that the vehicle has to offer is nothing to be excited about. That is why the C-HR at SEMA got so much attention.

Toyota showed off the new Toyota C-HR R-Tuned model at SEMA and the fans were pretty impressed with what the vehicle had to offer under the hood. Unlike the standard model, the R-Tuned model will come with a 2.4-liter 2AZ-FE engine that will be mated to a five-speed manual transmission that will be offering about 600hp.

With that kind of engine, the Toyota C-HR R-tuned will only need 2.9 seconds to go from 0-60mph. It will also match what the Nissan Juke-R 2.0 has to offer now.

However, nobody how impressive the vehicle is, chances of it ever going into production is very slim so we can forget about seeing it going head to head with the Nissan Juke-R anytime in the near future.
