Fans of the iPhone 5 may know by now T-Mobile will soon be getting the device and this will sooner than what was first thought. At one of the biggest surprises is that the release date has come forward instead of backward.
T-Mobile while originally said that they would get the Apple iPhone 5 in around 6 to 9 months; this has now been changed to 3 to 4 months, so anyone wanting the handset should get it during the summer.
This is not the only change that T-Mobile has made, they will also be getting rid of subsidised plans.
There are around 1.9 million owners of the Apple iPhone with T-Mobile, however the CEO said that changing and taking away subsidised plans will not have any effect on the sales. He said this would be down to the monthly repayments been less and they should attract around 5% more consumers.
The downside to this is that if you want the Apple iPhone you will have to pay the full retail price. However you will not be stuck with a contract of two years. This is great news for anyone who likes to have the latest iPhone as Apple generally releases a handset each year. Another bonus for iPhone owners is that the device has a high resale value.
A blackout warning has been given to staff members and this will take place over 18th March to 14th April. In the past when a blackout has been put in place this has meant that a new iPhone is on its way.
