Titanfall 2 Falls Short In Retail, Thanks To Battlefield 1
There were high hopes for Titanfall 2 upon its release as it was launched in multi-format. However upon its release it has flopped in the UK as it has sold fewer copies than the original version of the game when that was first launched. The highly anticipated game has come in behind Battlefield 1.
Titanfall 2 was launched on the PC, Xbox One and PS4 but it managed to come in at number four and this is behind Battlefield 1, Skyrim Special Edition and FIFA 17.
Titanfall came out in 2014 and Titanfall 2 has been said to be one of the most anticipated games. When the original game came out it remained on the charts for a total of five weeks.
Titanfall 2 has seen some positive reviews from its critics and there is plenty of talk going around on social media sites when the game added in a brand new single player campaign alongside the multiplayer only game.
Some gamers have said that the developer made a mistake in releasing Titanfall 2 close to Battlefield 1. So it seems that the poor sales of the game is down to the fact that the game was launched at the same time and more people have chosen to go with Battlefield 1.
