The Samsung Galaxy S6 Gets More Love Than Samsung Galaxy Note 5

The Samsung Galaxy S6 does seem to get more love when it comes to updating the device, compared to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. This is due to the fact that Samsung have revealed a beta Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow for the S6.

It was just weeks ago when Android 6.0 Marshmallow beta came out of for the Samsung Galaxy S6. However this was only for owners who took part in the program in the UK. The update did bring with it plenty of visual improvements along with Doze and Google Now on Tap.

At first glance the update to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow did look as though it may be a minor update. However it does bring with it plenty of upgrades. Some of which you can check out below:
1. Additional Quick Settings toggles for Private Mode in the status bar.
2. A new set of emoji characters.
3. In fingerprint identification, vibration occurs only when it’s not recognized.
4. A new “Install Overnight” option, where an update installation can be set at night between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m.
5. A customizable Edge panel, where its transparency and size can be adjusted (it can also be updated with new ones online).
