The 2017 Honda Ridgeline did manage to attract a lot of good feedback when it was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show but at the same time it managed to get some comments that weren’t all that good. This was mainly due to the fact that the vehicle is boring to look at.
Now people have been comparing the 2017 Honda Ridgeline to the Chevrolet Colorado, Nissan Frontier and the Toyota Tacoma. So which of these stands out as the winner?
The truck packing the most horses is the Chevrolet Colorado, for the most torque it is the Nissan Frontier that comes out ahead and for payload it is the Chevrolet Colorado that wins again as it can tow 7,000lbs in weight.
The Honda Ridgeline however does have the widest payload and this means that at the bottom is the Toyota Tacoma as it didn’t get any points.
While the Tacoma does have safety features such as blind spot monitoring, the 2017 Honda Ridgeline comes out ahead of it as it packs in more safety features, including lane departure warning.
But would you go for the Honda Ridgeline or would it be one of the other trucks?
