Tesla Model S & Tesla Model X Heads Back, Tesla Not Taking Risk

It has been reported that Tesla will be issuing a recall to recall the Tesla Model X and Tesla Model X after it was reported that the vehicles might have a faulty electronic parking brake issue.

A total of 53,000 Tesla models will be recalled back although Tesla added that less than 5% of the recalled models will be affected but they will be recalling them out of cautions as it is hard to determine which models are affected.

Those recalled will be models that are made from February to October last year. Affected models will be repaired immediately. Their goal is to get all repairs done by October this year. The fix will only take about 45minutes

So far, no reports of accidents or injury caused by the faulty electronic parking brake have been reported.

The Tesla Model X has an impressive 250miles range and the base model can go from 0-60mph in 3.3 seconds. It will return about 89mpge in the city and 90mpge on the highway.

The Tesla Model S, on the other hand, will offer about 337miles of range and will need about 2.8seconds to go from 0-60mph with a top speed of 155mph. The vehicle will return about 89mpge in the city and 98mpge on the highway.
