Tesla is struggling to keep up with their production and now it looks like things will slow down even further for them as the automaker has just suspended their production temporarily.
According to Bloomberg, the production was paused on the 20th of February to the 24th fo February. Tesla later added that it is part of their production plan to have a downtime to improve automation and address some of the issues so that they can improve the production rate of the Tesla Model 3.
The report also added that Tesla has now built close to 10000 unit of the Tesla Model 3 which is about 704 units a week, way below what the company had initially suggested which was about 2500 units of Model 3 a week by the end of March
It is a known fact that Tesla is having an issue with the production of the Tesla Model 3. Hopefully, this suspension will help move things along quicker.
