With the kind of fanbase that Zelda has, you would think that the game will stay as Nintendo Switch best selling game especially after all the positive reviews that the game has been getting but it looks like all of that was no match for Splatoon 2.

Famitsu has just revealed that Nintendo managed to sell an impressive 670,955 units of Splatoon 2 in just three days. To put things into perspective, Nintendo sold about 540,0000 units of the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch in Japan.

At the rate that things are going, the Splatoon 2 game is going to be the top selling Nintendo Switch game worldwide. Some people think that the popularity of Splatoon 2 might not be as impressive world wide but we will have to wait and see.

How many of you are actually looking to get the new Splatoon 2 game on the new Nintendo Switch?
