Some PS3 owners have chosen to leave Skyrim thanks to DLC packs taking too long to reach their consoles. Bethesda said that Dragonborn will arrive on the PS3 next month though, but there has not been any word of when Hearthfire or Dawnguard will arrive.
Skyrim PS3 DLC (Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Hearthfire)
So with this in mind, should the PS3 Skyrim Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire be in the bargain bin when they come out to compensate for the patience of PS3 gamers? This is possible based on the latest speculations.
Fans of the PS3 would be pleased at seeing the DLC as the game is worth playing. You just have to ask the many fans of the Xbox 360, who have spent around 400 hours on the game. It is coming to the PS3, of that there is no doubt. Now rumors have it that the DLCs will have their price slashed, after Bethesda said recently that they hadn’t decided yet on the price.
Bethesda has also spoke about how far they are with Dawnguard for PS3. They said they were releasing Dragonborn first on the PS3, as this was the “easiest” of the DLCs for them to release.
This may mean that problems that have surrounded Dawnguard are much bigger than first thought. The good news is that Bethesda has made it quite clear that they plan on working on Dawnguard and Hearthfire for the PS3.
Right now there is no telling when Bethesda will release Hearthfire or Dawnguard to owners of the PS3, but they are making their way eventually. Everyone knows how much the DLC is for the Xbox 360, so now fans Skyrim with the PS3 will be keeping their fingers crossed for decent compensation by way of a price cut.
