The Skyrim Dawnguard DLC is superb, ask any owner of the Xbox 360 and they will tell you the same. Skyrim on PS3 is just as good, however the question is, will you pack up your console and jumps ship because you cannot get Dragonborn or Dawnguard on the PS3?
Skyrim Dawnguard & Dragonborn fiasco has PS3 users in a conundrum
Product-Reviews.net reports that there are some gamers out there that are thinking about doing just this after waiting for the game for so long and of course when they bought Skyrim, they expected it come.
Of course you could say that trading in the PS3 just because of one game is very drastic. However it seems that many gamers have already done so and they have gone out and purchased an Xbox 360 just so they can play the new DLC packs reports the blog.
If you have the PS3 you might want to not be too hasty as the game will show its face on the PS3 at some point. At the moment there is no confirmation of this happening but we do know that there is some new content coming to the PS3. This could be Dragonborn, Dawnguard or maybe something else.
It has been suggested that the lack of RAM on the PS3 is the problem behind the Skyrim DLC not coming out on PS3. However other games work well. Bethesda has of course in the past been slow to add on content for the PS3 and they the Xbox 360.
Meanwhile Pete Hines has said that he has to get permission before he can tweet any news about Skyrim DLC for the PS3 anymore. Surely if the game wasn’t going to come out on the PS3 then he would be able to just tell fans right?
So will you be packing up your PS3 and turning to the Xbox 360 to get your hands on Dragonborn?
