If you’ve got Skyrim Dawnguard on your Xbox 360, then you’ll know how good it is. Skyrim is also good on the PS3, but as Dragonborn and Dawnguard aren’t available on the PS3 or the PC yet, would you defect to the Xbox 360?
PS3 users jumping to Xbox 360 because of limited Skyrim DLC
Product-Reviews (PR) says that some PS3 owners are considering (and other already) defecting to the Xbox 360. They bought Skyrim on the PS3 expecting to get the DLC, and they’re disappointed and left without options now.
There are loads of people who still hope for the Skyrim DLC to get to the PS3. There’s been some confirmation about some content coming to the PS3, but no one knows as yet whether its Dragonborn, Hearthfire or Dawnguard, or even something different.
Some people are blaming the lack of RAM for the lack of Skyrim DLC on the PS3. But, other RAM-heavy games work well on it. Bethesda does seem to prioritise the Xbox 360 over the PS3 when it comes to new content. It’s small wonder that PS3 users are thinking of sacking their consoles off.
Pete Hines has said that he can’t comment on the PS3 DLC until he’s had the green light from Bethesda’s head honchos. So, we’re all scratching our heads here.
So, how long will you give Bethesda to explain itself before reaching for the Xbox 360?
