When things started going south for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Samsung had the Samsung Galaxy S7 to rely on and now the Samsung Galaxy S8 is holding their own weight, as well as Consumer Report, reveal that the smartphone has earned top ratings in their recent survey.
According to Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus both receive an 82 rating. As if things could not get any better for Samsung, the device that came after the S8 and S8 Plus was their own Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with 77 points. The LG G6 and Apple iPhone 7 came in next.
While it did beat the other flagship, Consumer Report also pointed out some of the complaints that customers had. One of the biggest complains seems to be the location of the fingerprint sensor as users not only had to poke around to get it but they often dirty the camera lens in the process as well.
