Samsung have high hopes for the Samsung Galaxy S8 as they hope to sell about 60 million of the handsets during this year.
60 million is a bigger yearly shipment number than the company guessed for the past Samsung Galaxy S handsets. With the Samsung Galaxy S5 it was 45 million as was the S6 and the S7 was guessed as 48 million.
We are expecting to see the Samsung Galaxy S8 arrive in April and the device should be put into mass production by March. But whether the sales of the device will be anywhere close to the expected 60 million remains to be seen.
Are you waiting for the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S8 or did the problems with the Samsung Galaxy Note put you off?
