Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG V10 are both getting a lot of love by way of an update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Over in the UK and South Korea owners of the LG V10 and Samsung Galaxy S6 are to get updated to Marshmallow with a trial beta version. While Samsung are among the leaders of the Android handsets their devices do still struggle to get updates.
Many owners of the LG V10 have already started to receive the update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow but we are not sure when owners on Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T will get it. The G4 and the G Stylo will also get the update. Some of the fixes that will come with the update will include better battery life, fixes to Bluetooth, MMS, Wi-Fi and reboot.
Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be getting the beta version and this will first arrive in the UK along with South Korea and then make its way around the world. Owners will get a modified user interface along with Quick Toggles and the blue menus will have been replaced by white in the Status Bar.
We will have to wait and see how long it takes for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to get around the world for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG V10.
