It is quick and easy to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S5 as all you have to do is get a new SIM card and turn the device off and back on again and then follow the steps below.
Open up the dial pad on your Samsung Galaxy S5 and then type in *#197328640#.
You can then choose  UMTS >  Debug Screen >  Phone Control >  Network Lock > Options  Perso SHA256 OFF.
Wait for 30 seconds and then head back to the main menu on your handset and you will see Network Unlock and you can now choose  NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ.
When you have undertaken the steps above you will then have an unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S5.
