The Samsung Galaxy Grand offers a display of 5 inches and 480 x 800 resolution with 187ppi. The Titanium 5S come with a 960 x 540 qHD display.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand has the dual core 1.2GHz processor while the S5 runs on the quad core Snapdragon which is 1.2GHz. This means that it takes the edge.
Both of the devices offer cameras that are similar and which are 8MP. They also have a camera of 2MP on the front. They both run on Jelly Bean and come with support for dual SIMs. One of the biggest differences between the two is the price. The Karbonn Titanium S5 will set you back 11,990 Rupees, which happens to be 9,000 less than the Samsung Galaxy Grand.
