Samsung Galaxy S4 Hits North America Early, 6 Days To Go?

By  |

When Samsung showed off the Samsung Galaxy S4 they gave a lot of details about the device and they also told us when and where the handset would be available for sale. Well they said Q2, which wasn’t the best news for fans. However fans were not expecting the release date to come out so early.

Following the unveiling of the handset Samsung have told us about a long list of all the carriers who will get the device in Canada. The list includes such as Bell, Rogers, Fido, Koodoo, Mobilicity, TELUS, SaskTel, Virgin Mobile, Videotron and Wind Mobile.

However no information was given as to when to expect the device. A document has now leaked and it says that the device will be coming to the carriers between 8th April and 18th April, starting on the west coast and then completing with an “employee preview” on the east.

Therefore the Samsung Galaxy S4 will not be available to buy before 26th April. This is despite rumours going around at Rogers that the device would launch in the middle of April. Of course the leaks have not been confirmed by Samsung, so lets keep our fingers crossed that those in Canada will be able to get the device sooner rather than later.

We will let you know more about this when we get the news.
