The Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update is already rolling out in the US for Sprint and T-Mobile users. However AT&T and Verizon users are still awaiting it.
Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update could make way for Note 2 multi-windows feature
While all eyes are on the Jelly Bean update and the new features it will bring, there is now word that there is another update possibly in the works for the Galaxy S3 that owners will enjoy as much.
Product-Reviews reports that there are rumors going around that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 multi-windows feature which allows users to view two seperate apps simultaneously via split screen with independent adjustable windows, will be coming to the Samsung Galaxy S3.
The only catch is that the update will only be available to devices running Android Jelly Bean. So even if Samsung makes it available, those with an AT&T or Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 won’t be able to accept it just yet.
