Samsung has now begun to send out an update for the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the update comes in at over 350MB. The firmware is XXU1DPJ1 and the update brings with it security patches for October.

The update has also given hints that in Europe it may unlock the device. It brings with it some improvements to performance and stability along with battery optimization and it fixes some bugs. Some of the core features have also been improved.
