Samsung has not revealed much about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 but there are more than enough rumours out there to give us an idea of what to expect from Samsung.

The latest rumour suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be arriving without the optical fingerprint reader. This was after an image was uploaded to Weibo suggesting that Samsung is having trouble embedding the sensor into their display.

According to the report, the place where the reader is embedded will look brighter than the rest of the screen and Samsung do not have a solution for that right now. To play it safe, most people believe that Samsung will end up ditching their plans.

The best solution right now would be to fit the reader to the back of the device and forget about embedding it. Samsung is not the only one facing this problem as some reports claim that Apple is also having a hard time embedding the sensor into their display.
