The next installment in the Samsung phablet series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, is coming to Orange, O2 and Vodafone and will be starting out at £41 a month for those looking for a two-year contract – the handset is free here.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 free on contract with Orange, O2 & Vodafone UK

For O2 customers this means unlimited calls and texts, as well as 1GB of data and Wi-Fi. On Orange you’ll get 900 minutes and 3,000 texts, with 1GB of data for your Samsung Galaxy Note 2. You’ll also get two Orange Swappables – perks that you can change each month depending on your particular fancy.

Vodafone is offering it for £42 a month, with unlimited calls and texts. The extra pound is worth it for the 2GB of data and 2GB of Wi-Fi you’ll get.

The  Samsung Galaxy Note 2’s highlights include the 5.5” Super AMOLED HD (720p) screen, the 1.6GHz quad-core chip and redesigned S-Pen stylus. This new stylus has a feature called Air View that gives you a content preview when you hover the pen over the screen.

Pre-orders placed now should be fulfilled by October 2. Three has announced that it’s also offering the  Samsung Galaxy Note 2 upon launch, but hasn’t revealed any price details just yet. These details can’t vary too much from the competition, though, surely.
