Samsung have what seems to be a never ending supply of handsets running Android OS. There have been many rumors about a new Samsung Galaxy Nexus and SamMobile managed to get hold of a spec sheet for a device with the model number GT-I9260. This would put the device right between the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Nexus.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus+ rumors kick off
The sheet does tell us that some of the specs have been updated from the original Nexus. This includes a more powerful processor at 1.5GHz. This suggests that it may be the OMAP 4470 PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The camera is also said to be an 8 megapixel on the back and the front has 1.9 megapixels. The screen of the device is said to be the same size as the original Nexus but the rest of the specs are more akin to the Samsung Galaxy S3.
While this news has brought some excitement the question on the lips of many is whether the Galaxy Nexus+ will be launching anytime soon. We’ve seen Google unveil their Nexus phones late in the year, usually around October or November, so there is still some time.
Would you be satisfied with a minor upgrade of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus or will you look towards the other rumored Nexus phones instead?
