Samsung Brings Out Proper Galaxy S6 Edge+ Successor At Last

By  |

We might get to see a proper successor to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge by way of the Samsung Galaxy S8+.

Some people were disappointed with the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S7 as there wasn’t a plus variant made available for it, so the Samsung Galaxy S8+ would perhaps make amends for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mess.

The news of the Samsung Galaxy S8+ comes after we saw a leaked logo. The logo does seem to be confirmation that Samsung isn’t going to launch the S8 with the Edge name as it did with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Rumour has it that the Samsung Galaxy S8 is going to be offered in two versions, the S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8+ and both versions might have the curved display. If we go on the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge it would suggest that the device is going to be a larger version than the standard.

So has Samsung given up on the Edge brand name? When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S8+ it does seem to be the case. On saying this Samsung might use the name for something else instead.

But what do you think about the Samsung Galaxy S8+ do you think that it will be the perfect successor to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+?
