Fans owning the PS4 have been waiting for the arrival of Rise of The Tomb Raider for over a year. However the wait could be well worth it if the game offers support for 4K on the PS4 Pro.

Rise of The Tomb Raider made its way out onto the PS4 just last week and already the game has received a patch. The new patch is said to offer 4K support for the PlayStation 4 Pro and this is something that fans have welcomed with open arms and many have said that it is the least that Sony could do for making gamers wait for so long.

The notes that come with the patch say that input lag has been reduced along with the patch offering up fixes for bugs and stability issues for Rise of The Tomb Raider. There is a downside though and this is the fact that some gamers have said that following the update their game has been bricked.

The game ran fine for us and the patch comes in at 446MB for Rise of The Tomb Raider for the PS4. However some people have reported that the game doesn’t get past the start screen and we hope that another fix will come out for the patch fast.
