What price will Bethesda have to pay for delays on Skyrim Dawnguard and Hearthfire for PS3, if any?

Skyrim Dawnguard & Hearthfire DLC for PS3

Some PS3 owners have given up hanging around waiting for Bethesda to release DLCs for Skyrim and they have moved over to the Xbox 360. Those who have been more faithful and have hung in and are hoping that Bethesda will compensate them for the delay in bringing out the expansion packs.

So what price might Bethesda pay, by way of discounts, to owners of the PS3 when they release the long awaited Dawnguard and Hearthfire DLCs next year? These two, unlike Dragonborn, are coming very late when compared to the Xbox 360 versions.

PS3 owners have been in forums making comments on when the DLC packs could be offer, along with talking about compensation. Bethesda did make the announcement that they hadn’t decided on the price for the DLC. This brought about speculation that there would be a discount of some type as before that, it was expected to cost the same it has for Xbox 360 users.

Of course this is only speculation and we will have to wait and see. We know how much Xbox 360 owners have paid for their DLC, so owners of the PS3 will be keeping their fingers crossed that they are compensated. And even if they aren’t, we’re certain it isn’t going to stop anyone from getting the DLCs given the stellar reviews.
